NCS UP, LLC is an engineering firm located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan providing HVAC Engineering Services, Test, Adjust, and Balancing, MEP commissioning, and retro-commissioning. NCS UP is NEBB certified in TAB.  The company is owned by Robert Noe, a licensed professional engineer and NEBB certified professional. Robert has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Tech University, with over 20 years of TAB work and 15 years of HVAC engineering experience. We currently have one full time employee as a NEBB certified technician, Jon Slattery.
